I was involved into the project related to redesign of Bus terminal in Aarhus, DK (supervisor Soren Bach Jensen). It is ongoing project in real life, the municipality of Aarhus has decided to renovate existing bus terminal, increasing number of bus's parking lots, providing services for travelers and pedestrians of surrounding area by safety and comfort, parking for bikes and kiss-and-ride parking lots for private vehicles. Moreover the design of the junctions around the terminal had to be taken as well into consideration and the design of those had to be created. Analysis of materials (environmental, aesthetic and static issues) were prepared; pavement structural profile using analytic method, Delsan Danish softaware were obtained; sign's planning, measures for cyclists and pedestrians, disable people facilities, street equipment, accessibility analysis were as well into concerned. All the drawings were executed using softaware AutoCad. The fulfillment of space requirements had to be supported by NovaPoint software analysis.
