My name is Victoria Tsapu, I was born in 1984 in Leningrad (now Saint-Petersburg), Russia. After finishing high school with the medal I have decided to follow my father's footsteps to become a constructor. I successfully entered the State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering (specialization: Civil engineering).

After three years of studying there I got a great opportunity to go abroad. I went for a double diploma program of Architectural Technology and Construction Management (two academic years) in Vitus Bering University College in Denmark. That was a beautiful experience for my professional skills. Communication with university-mates from all over the world and professors in language different from your native one (English) opens your mind, makes you to grow up as a person. Studying in the groups (feature of Danish education) lets you to gather knowledge working with people who are sometimes so much different to your way of thinking, living, studying. That makes you to arise the bourders between nations, languages, rases. In 2007 I got my Danish diploma as a Constructing Architect.

The same year I entered the Master degree in European Construction which was proposed by Vitus Bering University College. The head department of the Master is located in University of Cantabria in Santander, Spain. That Master was created by membership of a number of Universities from different countries all around Europe: Spain, Italy, Denmark, England, Germany, France, Portugal. The sustainability aspects, European construction management and recent technological innovations and development, new professional skills (including languages), working in international teams were a core objectives of the Master degree. The practical placement (five months) with the written final diploma project, as a result, I carried out in civil engineering company PaymaCotas in Malaga, Spain. In September 2008 I got my Master degree diploma.
The same year I went to Denmark one more time, to finish my Civil Engineering degree which I started in Russia (Civil engineering, branch City Engineer). After all, in a year 2009 I have finished it.
